Signs of Fragmentum Beacon Locations
Signs of Fragmentum is a side quest that requires you to collect data from four Beacons, or Wubbaboos, and they are small, white floating creatures with blue and purple eyes and stitched gray patches. All of the Beacons can be found in the Storage Zone on the Herta Space Station. When you come upon a Wubbaboo, you will need to scan it with your camera by pressing R (PC) or tapping the camera (bottom right on mobile).
Signs of Fragmentum Beacon Locations – Difficulty I
The first part of the Signs of Fragmentum quest in Honkai Star Rail requires you to locate four Beacons (or Wubbaboos). Below, you’ll find a labeled map indicating each location in the Storage Zone. The first will be just ahead of where you start the quest, so walk forward and capture the data. Then, the second one will be just outside the corridor and up a short flight of stairs. You’ll continue straight then take a right and look for another Beacon in the corner. Finally, you’ll go back down the hallway that you turned right on, heading straight until you have to make a right turn. Just before you get to a large room, you should find the fourth Beacon.

Signs of Fragmentum Beacon Locations – Difficulty II
The first Beacon is found on the westside of the center of the Storage Zone, as marked on the map below. The second Beacon is nearby, just further to the west before you can exit through a narrow corridor into the most westward part of the Storage Zone.
Once you exit this corridor, take a right and head toward the northwesternmost point on the map, all the way to the back of the second room, as marked below. You’ll retrace your steps and go down the same corridor until you reach the end of it, where you’ll find the fourth Beacon. Then, turn around and make a left at a small hallway that will take you to the southwesternmost point of the Storage Zone and you’ll find find the fifth Beacon in a small room.

Signs of Fragmentum Beacon Locations – Difficulty III
The first Beacon is inside the center of the Storage Zone, toward the north of the interior room. You’ll exit this area and head west down a hallway, and you’ll want to turn slightly left when you get to the end, which is where you’ll find the second Beacon.
You will then turnaround, go back down the hallway, turn right and quickly turn right to enter a a chamber and look for a floating Beacon toward the west. The fourth Beacon requires some traveling, as you’ll end to the northeastern section of the Storage Zone and look for the floating Beacon just before you enter the rooms as shown below on the map
The final Beacon is located at the southernmost point of the Storage Zone, directly below the center room.
